we have a small number of failures when running jsreftests and we can annotate the jstests.list files to ignore them for now. Going forward we can slowly work on turning the tests on documenting further why they fail.

as a note, we should run these tests in 2 chunks. I found that my tegra would lose network connectivity whenever I would try to run the whole suite at a time. That could be another issue, but in the spirit of getting tests up and running sooner than later, we should run in 2 chunks.
