mozilla fails to open saved html files

Details
On the macintosh, mozilla fails to open html files which do not have a .html
suffix. This is contrary to the standard macos user interface. It should
recognize files that EITHER have the .html ending, or have an appropriate type
and/or creator. But it is confusing to save a file with mozilla and then be
unable to open it.
