Le certificat n'est pas sûr car l'autorité délivrant le certificat est inconnue. The server is broken, it doesn't send the intermediate certificate. You can see it here http://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html#hostname=https://auth.netacad.net/ https://wiki.mozilla.org/Incomplete_Certificate_Chain explains the whole situation

I have sent a mail to web-help@cisco.com. I hope that mails at this address doesn't go into /dev/null It's a little bit funny to report a networking problem to a networking training academy :-)
