QA is creating an apache instance for testing against. It will hold existing
litmus content from HG.
As part of having the apache server, we will now be able to do SSL testing. To
facilitate this, we need a self-signed SSL certificate for *.mozqa.com.

mozqa.com is still not reachable. Al, can you please ensure everything is right and it's only because of the transfer and DNS settings? I can't verify this bug in this state.

It was a DNS issue with the domain transfer. Domain DNS was still pointing to original registrar. It is fixed now.
