Details

When the browser is started it will progress no farther than the splash screen
(or crash while showing splash) if the selected profile's theme is not
installed, as in after upgrading from a previous build when using a theme that
does not come with the install package.

It seems to be assuming the theme's presence, then freezing when the required
files aren't being found.
Dup of bug 53670, which has been marked wontfix, sorry :-(
