Property Panels (from the Inspector and Web Console) should have editable properties for basic values (i.e., non-native functions).

Should also be possible to add and remove properties from an object via menu options or some other convenient control.

this should be fixed by the variables view bug 808370.

Bug 808370 landed. This is now fixed: property panel have been removed. Variable view allows property name and value editing.
