I think it'd be helpful on http://support.allizom.org/en-US/questions/new to link the application icon to its URL.

Looking at the links of the application's icons it seems that now they point to the specific support page for example 

Firefox icon points to -> https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/firefox
