From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001231
BuildID: 20001231

If you select a text field in the mail account preferences window such as the
outgoing mail server and then move the cursor all the way to the right past the
text it disappears. If you use the left arrow button to try to bring it back
into view nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mail
2.Go to mail/news account preferences
3. Put the cursor down in a text box
4. Use the right arrow key to move the cursor past the text and out of view

Actual Results: The cursor disappears and wont come back even if the left arrow
key is used

Expected Results: The cursor should stop moving at the end of the text
I can reproduce this in *any* textfield in MailNews. Build 2000123120,
Windows98. I am sure the Component should be changed, but I don't know which..

Confirming bug.

This problem also occurs in non-mail components. For instance select
Edit|Preferences, select Navigator and in the right pane try the same steps for
the Location text box.

I'll see if there is a bug already logged.
