According to bug 637306 we have to move all the functional tests for Firefox to the new location.

This patch is moving the files and updates the location of modules and data files.

Patch for the automation script. We cannot rename it right now because it would break the the Mozmill Crowd extension. I will file a follow-up patch for it.

Patch for the dashboard. Keep in mind that we have to rebuild the complete view index once this gets pushed to the public server. That action will probably take about 1h.

I get the following error when running mozmill-automation scripts with your patch:

Restart tests must be directories (/var/folders/lh/lhToYTIPHR0Wh7qoe0j6q++++TI/-Tmp-/tmpHoU9DC.mozmill-tests/firefox/restartTests)

Anthony, it would be great if you could test this patch. I have to leave for a while and don't have time for it. If everything is fine we can get this landed in about 3h.
