Details
Currently we get
>'caller', 'callee', and 'arguments' properties may not be accessed on strict mode functions or the arguments objects for calls to them
for different things like fun.caller, fun.arguments, arguments.caller.
This should be more specific like
>'caller' property of bound functions may not be accessed

It's probably more hassle to trying to figure out how to do this in a good way as the value this would add.
