Safari shows a full page of content.
confirming with Seamonkey trunk and FF4.0RC1 on win32.
This works in FF3.6.15 and disabling the html5 parser in Gecko2 fixes this bug.

Sorry, I thought since it isn't really a bug, but a site coding error, you'd want your report closed.
As a browser product bug this report would be invalid but this is now a Tech Evangelism bug. The community tries to contact the site owner and ask them to fix their bug.
