This is a very distracting behavior. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Observe the boundary between blue and grey on background sidebars 2. Mouseover a link 3. Observe how the aforementioned boundary moves up slightly Actual Results: Boundary moves up Expected Results: Boundary does not move
