Each time the statusbar appears, such as when mousing over a link or loading a new page, the boundary between the blue and grey on the background sidebars moves up slightly. This is a very distracting behavior.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Observe the boundary between blue and grey on background sidebars
2. Mouseover a link
3. Observe how the aforementioned boundary moves up slightly

Boundary moves up
Expected Results:
Boundary does not move
