Despite that claim of "on 2011/03/13 04:40:11" above, according to tbpl it "started 03:40, finished 03:59" which I presume means it started at 03:40 which was two hours and forty minutes after midnight, yay DST.
Well I was going to file a bug like that for this, but it seemed to me that the build and the test both started after the Daylight savings transition.  Kind of making it seem like it is more a defective test that just does not understand daylight savings at all and not having a run during the transition issue.

You'd think by now I'd know that tbpl's not to be trusted around DST, since it needs a manual adjustment. It really was "started 04:40, finished 04:59," when four hours before the start time was actually yesterday rather than today.
fwiw, I vote for killing DST and timezones, we'll always have issues like these :(

That turns out not to be the case, since that was early on the first Sunday in April, and our WinXP slaves still live in that world where you're up to date if your WinXP has been updated to SP!, and DST starts on the first Sunday in April.
