right dragging links to windows desktop doesn't give active desktop option

On Windows, if you right drag a link from IE to the desktop, you get a menu:

We don't support this. We may not want to unless we also support droppig Gecko
in as a replacement to the IE renderer, but...
I don't get that when i use ie5.5, I guess that's because i don't have active
desktop enabled.

You can't right drag links at all...I think this is something toolkit would do.

With IE6 is still get the options as put in the description. With Mozilla 1.8a3
this is not possible, I can only leftclick an drop.

Active Desktop hasn't been supported at all in IE7 and later, and Firefox dropped support for Windows XP back in 2018, so this should be a WONTFIX.
