Sorry, something went wrong with submitting the bug.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click "Show All Bookmarks"
2. Select a bookmark and click the down arrow for tags to show all of your tags. You will need enough tags so that the scrollbar is necessary.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list and select a tag.
4. The scrollbox will scroll up after selecting. Sometimes the scrollbox will continue to scroll up for several seconds. This is highly annoying.
