Referencing bug with Spark promo. This promo should go live at mobile GA (~3/29 or 1.5). Thanks!

To be clear, the general mobile promo will go live when desktop goes live on 3/22.

fixed alignment issue in r86632 raymond, can you test the newsletter dropdown in major browsers again? (click the arrow by the email field). Before it was kicking the bottom-right promos off the page.
