I was seeing this js exception in the error console: [Exception... "'Find cluster denied: illegal-method' when calling method: [nsIObserver::observe]" nsresult: "0x8057001e (NS_ERROR_XPC_JS_THREW_STRING)" location: "JS frame :: resource://services-sync/ext/Observers.js :: <TOP_LEVEL> :: line 122" data: no] resource://services-sync/ext/Observers.js 122 Tentative steps to reproduce (I haven't retried this, this is just what I was doing at the time): - Connect to a Sync account, make sure it is still synchronizing - Tap on Clear Private Data
I've noticed this error on: Build id : Mozilla/5.0 (Android;Linux armv7l;rv:7.0a1)Gecko/20110526 Firefox/7.0a1 Fennec/7.0a1 Device: HTC Desire OS: Android 2.2 I've connected to Sync too, but I didn't tap on clear button. Instead I've tapped disconnect button from Sync setting.
Mass resolving XUL Fennec I filed to WORKSFORME. If someone still cares about this bug, please reopen.
