Integrates QUnit and shows an example test. So far the test is more of a unit test than a functional test, but next step will be to add some helper functions to load F1 in an iframe and do functional tests that way.

Hmm, maybe I should use selenium instead of QUnit for the functional tests. I may need to break out another ticket related to web-only unit tests.
