If you right click on a foldername (news, imap), you get a dialog which general
information names the foldername. This foldername shouldn't be editable.
I suspect David Bienvenu or someone is going to hook up the functionality for
renaming a folder using this Properties window. If not, though, this would be a
valid bug. What do we want here?

I believe that ultimately, we should allow you to rename imap or local folders
this way (but not news groups). It would probably be easier to just make this
readonly for now, however.

Unfortunately, yes.
(would someone please give me checkin perms!?)
When we do re-implement folder renaming from this dialog, we need to be sure
that special folders, such as the Inbox, can't be renamed.
