Attachment: English article titles and links at German mobile start page

Localized start page for mobile devices shows English article titles and links which confuses non-English readers.

Expected: e.g. German mobile start page should link to German mobile articles

This is a content issue, not a software issue. For some reason, the documents "Desktop home for mobile - Common Questions" and "Mobile home for mobile - Common Questions" are marked non-localizable.

To get near-free, fallback localization like the desktop home pages, the content should be moved to templates and then included in localized versions of these documents.

It is not fixed because there is no unlocalizable template included in the following navigation page:

https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/desktop-home-mobile-common-questions
They should be build the same way as:
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/fxhome-home-mobile-common-question or
https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/sync-home-mobile-common-questions

Moreover, the Browse our Support Forum button redirects to the partially localized support forum. It should redirect to the English support forum with an English reference in the button name like "Browse our English Support Forum".

Should we translate these templates? Translating it makes no sense because I thought if I load the page with a German browser I will see German link titles instead of English ones.

These are not templates, but navigation pages. You just need to have the same name and content as the English page.

These navigation pages should have templates inside as explained in comment 1.
