The country naming in profile editing should be "Taiwan" not "Taiwan, Province of China"

The country select list naming in profile editing page (https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/users/edit). "Taiwan" should be showed as "Taiwan" not "Taiwan, Province of China".

Mozilla always adopt the political neutral policy, i.e. use "Country/Location" instead of "Country", and use a modified ISO-3066 that lists TW simply as "Taiwan".
SUMO should honor the same policy.
