Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Firefox
2) enter youtube.com
3) Try playing any video
Actual Results:
Video does not play
Expected Results:
The Video should play as it does in the device default browser (Webkit)
Play in the device default browser where the link get redirected to m.youtube.com.
Tried in firefox via m.youtube.com as well - it does not work

YouTube uses Flash to play videos by default. Flash for Android is not yet compatible with non-WebKit browsers, like Firefox. This is bug 630007.
If you enable YouTube's HTML5 beta, then Firefox will be able to play YouTube videos that are available in the WebM format: http://www.youtube.com/html5
You can also use this add-on to open YouTube pages in the Android YouTube app (this feature will be built in to a future version of Firefox):
