User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0 When you hover over a link in FF4, the little hover tip showing the new URL comes up and the Windows 7 Aero border shifts down slightly which is annoying visually. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to any website (attached is an example from http://www.thestar.com homepage) 2. Hover over a link. Actual Results: Before hover: Notice that roughly 1/3 of the way down on the sides of the browser window, the colour changes very visibilly, focus your attention there). After hover: Notice that that "line" shifts down by roughly 20/30 pixels. Expected Results: The non-client area (aero borders) shouldn't change when the user interacts with the client area like that.

I've circled the part of the UI to focus on in red. It's almost as if the Aero "texture" is being changed when you hover over a link.
