User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.1; de; rv:1.9.2.15) Gecko/20110303 Firefox/3.6.15 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
Build Identifier: Firefox 4.0rc

Flash and Firefox 4.0rc have problems setting the correct codepage for a flash/flex application when embedding the object with the parameter wmode=transparent or wmode=opaque. This means that with a german keyboard you can't for example insert an @ sign into a form in flash. This was working in Firefox 3.6

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Flash application with a form
2. insert that flash application with the parameter wmode set to "transparent" or "opaque"
3. Set your codepage to a different keyboard-layout than the US layout. (for example german)
4. Try to insert the @ sign into your form (in the german layout, the right "alt" key and "q"
