Under certain circumstances, such as clicking on any of the links appearing on "About Firefox" window, the new window appears with a shorter title bar than it should. Its size (height) is equal to the height of the "Firefox button" or the Windows' window control buttons. This happens ONLY when the parent window (browser) of the about box is maximised.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Maximise the main Firefox 4 rc 2 window
2.Open the "About Firefox" window
3.Click on any link on the "about" window
4.A new maximised window appears with a not-normal titlebar size(height)
Actual Results:  
A new maximised window appears with a not-normal titlebar size(height)

Expected Results:  
A new maximised window should appear with a normal-sized titlebar

Using Firefox 4 RC2 (default theme), on Windows 7 (with Aero enabled)
