64347 - Double Click on right mouse button, lots of problems

If you double click on the right mouse button, the right mouse click options
will come up.
They will stay up, even if you click somewhere with your left mouse button.  It
will not go away.
The only way to get rid of the right mouse button options is to hit escape.  Or
to actually select a right mouse click option.
However, no matter how you get rid of the right mouse click options, once you do
get rid of them you can no longer type anything into the browser window.
Can't type anything into the URL field, or onto a form on the website being
browsed, nothing.
However, other open windows retain full functionality.  They can be typed into
at any point where text can be typed.  The problem is isolated to the window
where you originally pulled up the right click options.

Confirmed

The Right mouse menu does go away but exhibits all the symptoms the reporter
reports.
