I then hit F11 again to return to normal window mode, but the window decorations (close button, title bar, resize handle, etc. are missing. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Hit F11 key 2. Hit F11 key again Actual Results: Window decorations are still missing. Expected Results: Window decorations not missing. Tried with default theme, and The Solar System - You are here
Could you see if the issue occurs if using Firefox in safe mode: http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode How about with a new, empty testing profile? (Don't install any addons into it) http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile

WFM, win7, aero glass. I can't test xp unfortunately.

Likely an incompatible addon, please try disabling them one/a few at a time in your old profile (restarting after each) in order to find the culprit. Please post back the name and version of the problem addon - in order that the developer of it can be notified - thanks!
I rebooted my computer and it's not doing it any more. Therefore, I conclude that it was a transient issue.
