Under certain circumstances the shadows for the Firefox window move
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Windows 7
Steps to reproduce
1. Open 2 tabs, one which has a vertical scrollbar, leave other blank
e.g. http://www.mozilla.org/
2. Resize window so that the right scrollbar is just visible
3. Note position of border shadow (screenshot 1)
4. Mouseover a link (Learn More), note new position of shadow (screenshot 2)
Expected
Border shadow shouldn't move
