Andy and Bryan thought it better to have a grayed out, disabled F1 icon in the URL bar instead of hiding it, so that the user knows F1 is still available, just not usable on that kind of page.
This does not have to happen for this first restartless add-on release, just tracking it for the next one.

Closing this one as wontfix. Talked with the FF UX group about this bug, consensus is that hiding the icon when sharing isn't available is the correct behavior. booya!
