Developers around the globe have an easier life cloning our repos when starting from a bundle, this hits localizers in particular.

It'd be cool if we could have bundles not just for central but also for the release repos.

The naming scheme should be easy to compute so that one can write tools that just say "you need http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-2.0/ ? I'll start grabbing bundle ... behind you back, and tell you when you're ready to turn that into a repo".

Looks like just this flag is needed.

Bundles get uploaded to e.g. (in staging)
http://staging-stage.build.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/bundles/mozilla-2-0.hg
