When operating on the primary monitor, the Url drop down works as expected. However when Firefox is moved to a second monitor on the same computer, the drop down just flashes up for an instant then disappears.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.On a dual monitor system Vista x64 open Firefox, move to 2nd monitor.
2.Start typing a url, the drop down will flash but does not persist.
3.Move Firefox back to primary monitor, drop down works as expected
Actual Results:  
Drop down flashes up for an instant then disappears

Expected Results:  
Drop down should persist

2nd monitor on a Vista 64 machine.  As a programmer I have come to rely upon my 2nd monitor as a reference library.  The loss of the drop down for my frequent sites is very annoying.
