When we add new content to an existing page on Kitsune, the new content is not always displayed. For example, add a section to a page, then approve the changes. Refresh the changed page. Maybe the new content displays, maybe now. Refresh again. Maybe the new content displays, maybe not. The problem can also be seen on the History page for an article - if you continually refresh, the list of revisions and their statuses changes in an illogical manner.

kitsune doesn't send never cache headers even to people logged in if it's not running behind SSL, this is likely screwing up the varnish cache. So I think the solution to this bug is to get SSL running on staging.

This appears to be fixed now. Enabling memcached did it. Who knows why, certainly not me :P
