That happened after recent upgrade as Firefox 3.6.15 and Firefox 4.0 betas and older didn't had this issue as I'm visiting that url quite often. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start Firefox 4.0 or Firefox 3.6.16 on Windows XP i386 2. Open https://the.bucket.cc/ 3. Firefox crashes Actual Results: Firefox crashes Expected Results: Page should render, it looks like http://the.bucket.cc/ (plain http, unsecured) Shouldn't crash.

no crash here. Does it crash with http://the.bucket.cc/? Do you see this with firefox started in safe mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe Mode Please post crash report ID https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Firefox+crashes

I've tested this on two separate machines. One with "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.16) Gecko/20110319 Firefox/3.6.16 (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)" and one with "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0". No crash with plain http, only over https.
