Go back button
When viewing /feedback/ on the mobile site, the "Go back" button ends up in front of the text. This is more prominent on devices with small screens.
Steps:
1. visit the mobile /feedback/
2. select a RTL language
3. goto "Rate Your Experience"
Actual:
- the "Go back" button renders on top of the header text.
Suggested:
- Should this be moved to left side of the page?

We don't have a back button anymore for mobile.
