Details
Steps to reproduce :
1. open the mail application.
2. click on New Msg button. You get the compose window.
3. type some text in the body. Select a word say 'foo'.
4. Go Format->Insert Link and provide a url as hyperlink.
5. Click OK.
6. Word 'foo' neither changes to blue in clor nor has any underline associated.
Note : If you select that word again and do Format->Insert Link, you will find
the url that you typed. So, it is just that word that is hyperlinked is not
shown visually that it is in such a state.

This does _not_ work for me. Build 2001-12-01-08, Windows 2000. Re-opening.
Works the same way for me in current (12/05) commercial build's compose, not
particular to mail. cc sujay
