Browser does not repaint a page after deleting CSSImportRule with deleteRule method.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open http://elv1s.ru/files/dom/deleteRule-firefox-bug/
Actual Results:  
Red background

Expected Results:  
Green background

The bug happens in both Firefox 3.6 and Firefox 4.
Keywords: dom2
This bug does not allow me to reload imported stylesheets in LiveReload Firefox extension[1]. Opera, Chrome, and Safari don't have this problem.
