644541 - preview.png should take precedence over AMO preview image

If an extension has a preview.png in its root directory, it currently gets displayed in the addons manager if Firefox can't get the first preview image from addons.mozilla.org.  If Firefox can get said image, though, it displays that instead of preview.png.

I think it makes more sense to give preview.png precedence and always display that if it's there - the addon's developer probably put it there because it looks best in the addons manager - and use the preview image downloaded from addons.mozilla.org as a fallback only.
