The e-mail that was sent to reset your Firefox Sync password never delivers.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make sure you're logged out
2. Options -> Sync -> Set-up Firefox Sync
3. Connect
4. I don't have the device with me
5. Reset password
Actual Results:
Firefox Sync says that a e-mail has been sent. But the e-mail never delivers.
Expected Results:
It should deliver a reset e-mail.

I have this issue, I've been trying to recover my password in Sync and I still haven't received the email with the password reset after 3 tries.
I'm been using this to recover my account:
https://account.services.mozilla.com/forgot

I have this issue too, I am using the Gmail as my Firefox Sync account.
Status: RESOLVED → REOPENED
Resolution: FIXED → ---
Unfortunately, reopening a bug from several months ago will not help us resolve this issue. Could you please file a new bug? I'm re-closing this bug as RESOLVED/FIXED, please do not reopen.

This bug is not fixed! I have lost all my bookmarks and browser history. I cannot recover sync password for two days.

Of course... nothing is fixed. Not to mention another bug. On this forum there is a box asking for THE EMAIL address to reset the pasword. Wehen you input the email you get "no such user" and when u input the username it works.... need i comment further....

If you are still having issues resetting your password, please file a new bug. I was able to obtain a password reset email through the "Forgot Password" link.
