size of tabs cropped after firefox restarts

After Firefox 4 restarts after clicking "Restart now" when adding new addons or removing existing addons, the top bit of the tabs got cropped.
Size of tab returned to normal after Restore and "Maximize" of Firefox 4 window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install or remove add-ons.
2. Restart Firefox by clicking "Restart now" after adding/removing add-ons
3. Voila! :)
Actual Results:  
The tab sizes got cropped

Expected Results:  
Tab sizes should not be cropped
