Details

A site wide announcement was added in /admin, but only the user who made it sees the result. All other users do not get announcement published on their forum dashboard. 1) admin posts site wide announcement 2) log in as any user > click Dashboard expected: announcement actual: none

I was testing on support-release, I see now the announcement on support.allizom.org
