The callout-style notification of Firefox 4 does disappear when x is clicked but still remains the icon in the location bar, which i suppose is the correct behavior, but when "Not now" is clicked it does not disappear from the location bar, which i suppose is not right. Still, this is not a major feature
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a callout appear, for example type a password in a web page
2. click not now
Actual Results:
Callout disappears, icon remains
Expected Results:
Callout and icon disappear

This is expected behavior. The "Not Now" action means that you can come back to the notification if you decide to in the future. Hopefully it will make more sense when bug 641901 is implemented. When there are persistent indicators, you will always be able to modify your saved password preferences from the urlbar.

But see also bug 635439 - we might end up providing a way to fully dismiss the notification.
