Using build 2001010520. Go to the above URL. When you type text in the search text box, the text box goes down a bit aswell as the links Advanced Search, Preferences, Search Tips. To reproduce just type 2 letters. Deleting them will make the fields back at the right place.
I see this on Linux build 2001-01-05-08. Os -> all, over to layout.

I am seeing this on Mac OS 9.0.4 using build 2001010508. Confirming bug, changing platform to all, and adding keyword mozilla1.0.
