I created a Toolbar called "Menu Bar" where I intended to move the menu bar with the help of the firefox 4 UI Fixer addon. The problem is that now I can't move the menu bar back to the default position and also cannot delete the Menu Bar toolbar that I created.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a toolbar called "Menu Bar"
2. Install the firefox addon firefox 4 UI fixer then move the menu bar there. 
3. Uninstall the addon then try to move the menu bar to the default position

Works fine for me. 
Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode?
