Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0
Let's say I have 4 tabs and I close them all leaving only the blank tab. I then close firefox completely and shut down the computer. After I open it next time and open firefox I get one of the following randomly:
1. Sometimes it displays the session restore tab with the 4 tabs that have been closed.
2. Sometimes it displays session restore tab with restoring only the blank tab.
3. Sometimes it simply loads one of the 4 tabs randomly, but just one.
4. Sometimes it doesn't even load one closed tab but only one banner or pop-up (I am guessing they are from one of the closed tabs I have no idea though) even though I said that it shouldn't be allowed to resize the window in Content.
Strange thing that if one of these 4 tabs is youtube it never get loaded as last tab. Only the other 3 seem to be randomly selected for reload.
I should mention that I had the same problem with the 3.6 branch, maybe it's just some ugly interaction with Ubuntu Linux 10.10?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have more than one tab open and close them all to blank tab.
2. Close firefox.
3. Restart Linux.
4. Open firefox.
Actual Results:
I restarts with the wrong tabs or with session restore of the wrong tabs.
Expected Results:
The blank tab that I have closed firefox with.
In preferences tabs I have only the first tick checked: Open new windows in new tabs instead.
Possibly a dupe of bug 575861. Please correct if I am wrong.
