select a message and try to move it to the same folder , it should not show any 
signs of moving..

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Bring up the Mail window, select a mail account and select a  message
2.Select Move from the right click menu ( or from Message menu-->Move)
3.Select to move to the same folder in which the message is there 
Note: try this by drag and drop also..

Actual Results:  it is showning as if the mail is deleted from the folder and 
again transfered to the folder.

Expected Results:  Strictly .. it should not show any signs of moving the 
message as N4.6 does..

removing perf, this has nothing to do with perf.

we should prevent dropping onto the same folder and we should prevent moving
into the same folder.
