I don't have an Android device, so I have no idea how to test this (with the Desktop version it's in landscape, so it's large enough). Any advice?

The current desktop version is in portrait. Also, you can use SHIFT+CTRL+Q in the desktop version to switch orientation.

Thanks for the tip Mark, I didn't know that.
Unfortunately I can't find any desktop localized build on the FTP server: all l10n folders in /mobile/nightly are empty. Any help on this?

I have used the multi build (nightly) and changed the language to Italiano.

Ok, but you have a supported Android device that I don't have ;-)
I was talking about the desktop (win32, linux) versions.

This bug should be fixed after this changeset

Can someone with a real device test it?

Since I can't verify this, can the reporter (or someone else with a real device) check if this is fixed in the last beta? Thanks.
