Moving this over to the german component, even.
Component: General → de / German
Product: Fennec → Mozilla Localizations
QA Contact: general → german.de
Summary: Deutsch : Buttons in Download don't fit the screen → [de] Fennec : Buttons in Download don't fit the screen
Version: Trunk → unspecified

I don't regard it as a l10n issue, the application should handle thud by either 'zooming out' or wrapping the buttons into new lines if necessary. This happens offen in portrait mode, e.g. also in the addons manager.

I don't know all the Firefox UI and I'm not a Firefox localizer but is it not uncommon to have a button with a text on two lines in the product?

My previous comment was about Fennec. I don't know buttons in Gecko applications or add-ons which use two lines (width is pretty cheap there). Even if you dismiss the idea of having the same strings in Fennec and desktop Firefox, you won't find always terms which fit in such small space.

Kadir, anything you can do about this one?
plugins also have this same issue
Correction: I meant add-ons (In reply to comment #9) > Created attachment 538607 [details] > screenshot of plugins > > plugins also have this same issue

Firefox for Android Aurora 29.0a2 The add-ons manager now uses inline options. The download manages uses the context menu for the actions.
