Details

There are at least two sets of constants for doing time conversions in the media code. One is MICROSECONDS_PER_SECOND (and friends) and the other is USEC_PER_S (and friends).  Remove MICROSOECONDS_PER_SECOND (and friends) and use USER_PER_S everywhere.
This is fixed in patch v4 of bug 641718.
