When I open a new windows, the tabs, which are pined don't appear on the new windows : It's a problem because we after restarting, if the last closed is a Windows without the pined tabs, you must reload them.
I think it would be better when the pined tab in a file and when you add a tab, it will be add in all current Windows

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Pin a tab
2.Ctrl + N
3.
Actual Results:  
No pined tabs

Expected Results:  
All the pined tab must be here
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
