Support tells us that some people upgrading to Firefox 4 lose their Norton Toolbar and are sadfaces. This might delay our ability to do an advertised major update.

Related to that (and worse) is that if you run Norton IPS, I think you lose your saved passwords.

Next time we should try to do some early-release builds. We could call them "betas" and perhaps have 12 of them...just a crazy thought to make it so these new versions don't sneak up on vendors /snark.
